These terms apply to Iron Ball Clash (“the game”), made by Teckform (15799970 Canada Inc.) (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play).

Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, hack, modify the game or use bots or tools to change scores or the leaderboard;
• use offensive, misleading or impersonating names on the leaderboard;
• copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game or its content.

We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict online features for anyone who breaks these rules.

Game items and progress

Coins, trophies, levels and other in-game items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. We may adjust game balance, rewards or features at any time to keep the game fun and fair.

Online features

The leaderboard and account sign-in depend on internet access and third-party services (Unity, Apple and Google). We can't guarantee they will always be available, and we may change or stop them. The offline game keeps working.

Our content

The game, its characters, artwork, music, name and logo belong to Teckform or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including loss of progress.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which 15799970 Canada Inc. is registered.
